Before You Proceed

To avoid any delays, please only proceed with payment if:

You have completed an online course and passed with a score of 75% or higher.
You have submitted a renewal request and it has been approved by our team.

Note: Once payment is confirmed, your documents will be processed and sent via email within 2 hours during our working hours:

Monday to Friday: 08h00 to 15h30
Saturday: 08h00 to 12h30

Payments made outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.

Payment & Document Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, you can expect:

Processing Time: Up to 2 hours during our business hours.
Delivery Method: All documents will be sent via email.

Prefer a Different Payment Method?

Wait for an Invoice: If you prefer, you can wait to receive an invoice via email and pay directly from there.
Pay Upon Collection: If you’d like to collect your documents in person, you can choose to pay when you pick them up. Please contact us in advance so we can have your printed documents ready for you.
